Appeals, stemming from protests that have been decided by committees of North Jersey Yacht Racing Association (NJYRA) members clubs and are consistent with the racing rules of the United States, Sailing Association (USSA), will be considered by the Appeals Committee of NJYRA.
Appeals must follow the appeal procedure as outlined in Section D of the International Yacht Racing Rules. Appeals are directed to Corresponding Secretary of NJYRA along with a check made out to NJYRA to cover the administrative costs of postage, phone calls, etc.
Appeals Fees: $90.00
You may deduct $25.00 from this fee, if you belong to a yacht club that is a member of NJYRA. You may deduct an additional $40.00 from this fee, if you are an individual member of USSA Please transmit proof of memberships with your appeal and check.
